Artisan Background

Please use the space below to tell us a little bit about you and the merchandise you plan to sell. We have a limited number of tables and prioritize allotting tables to local residents and artisans who make their own merchandise or sell beach-related merchandise. For new vendors please send up to 3 images of representative offerings to allison@designmw.com

(For exhibitors 25 and under who make their own wares, 1 maximum)

Paypal will send you a receipt for your payment. The SCA reserves the right to curate the vendors for the Artisan Fair and allow only approved exhibitors; if denied a table or if the event is sold out your fees will be promptly refunded via Paypal.

Exhibitor Notes:

  • Set up begins at 9am.
  • Tables are 96” x 30” and do not come with a tablecloth, chair, or umbrella. You may erect a tent as long as it fits within the footprint of your space. You may bring up to 1 rolling rack in addition to your table (rack placed perpendicular to your table), or up to two rolling racks in place of a table.
  • Fence space does not come with a table. Due to Fire Code tables over 18” in any dimension cannot be placed next to the fence.
  • Specific table locations will not be held or assigned. All spots are first come first claimed.
  • The sale is located right at the foot of the Saltaire Ferry Dock. Take the ferry to Saltaire from Bayshore. More info at fireislandferries.com/schedules/saltaire

In the event of rain the event will be held on the following day, weather permitting. Exhibitor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled, or if a rain date is called and you are unable to make the rain date.
